PRE - CONSTRUCTION

 

  • Prepare list of qualified contractors

  • Interview contractors; Review and verify references

  • Confirm bonding and insurance suitability

  • Prepare recommendation to owner

  • Bid package preparation, owner approval and submission for bid

  • Direct preparation and distribution of bid package, plan set(s)

  • Mange bid package amendments, RFI's, specification and plan changes​

  • Receive / open bids​

  • Prepare bid evaluation​

  • ​Adjust cost proforma accordingly
  • Negotiate cost saving/cost sharing

  • Negotiate conditions / adjustments

  • Review & Approve construction schedule

  • Receive and review insurance, bonding documents

  • Prepare Contracts

  • Submit contracts to ownership for execution

  • Conduct pre-construction meeting with general contractor, 

       primary subcontractors, consulting team, material suppliers, as required

  • Issue Notice to Proceed
